• ▸Card refunds are processed as a charge cancellation on the original card and take up to 5 business days.
• ▸Purchased MP is valid for 1 year from the payment date. Expired MP is not refundable.
• ▸MP granted for free (welcome, daily check-in, rewards) is not refundable.
• ▸The quality of AI-generated content is not grounds for a refund.
• ▸If your account is restricted for violating the Terms of Service, remaining MP is not refunded.
• ▸If the service shuts down entirely, remaining MP from purchases made within the past 3 months will be refunded.
