Account Information: When you sign up via OAuth (Google, GitHub, Kakao, Discord), we receive your email address, display name, and profile identifier from the provider. We do not store your passwords.

Activity Data: We collect data about your interactions including battle votes, quick rates, chat messages with AI characters, card collection, and directing actions.

Device Information: We store your language preference and content rating setting in your browser's local storage.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and personalize the MusePick service
  • Generate AI character responses tailored to your conversations
  • Track your Muse Points (MP) balance and activity
  • Improve service quality through aggregated analytics
  • Send in-app notifications (muse messages, streaks)

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the service:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI): Chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API for AI character responses. Messages are not used for model training by Anthropic.
  • OAuth Providers: Google, GitHub, Kakao, Discord — only for authentication.
  • AWS Lightsail: Infrastructure hosting.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers operated by our team. Chat messages, votes, and account data are retained until you delete your account. We use local storage (not cookies) for session management, language preferences, and authentication tokens.

5. Your Rights

  • Access: You can view your data in your profile page.
  • Deletion: You can request account deletion by contacting us. All personal data will be removed within 30 days.
  • Portability: You can request a copy of your data.

6. AI-Generated Content

All character images, personas, and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They do not represent real people. Character responses may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or fictional. We continuously improve content quality and safety filters.

7. Children's Privacy

MusePick is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. T-rated content requires age confirmation (15+).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the service.
