1. About MusePick

MusePick.ai is an AI character evolution platform where users vote on AI-generated characters (muses), shape their evolution, collect cards, and chat with AI personas. All characters, images, and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MusePick. Users under 15 may not access T-rated content. By using the service, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may sign in using third-party OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, Kakao, Discord). We are not responsible for issues with third-party authentication services.

4. Muse Points (MP)

MP is a virtual point system within MusePick. During the beta period, all features are free and MP is earned through activity. MP has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to adjust MP balances and the point system.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • All muse characters are fictional AI-generated entities
  • Chat responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or inappropriate
  • Character images are AI-generated and do not depict real people
  • We are not responsible for the content of AI-generated responses
  • Do not treat AI characters as real people or rely on their advice

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using bots or automated tools to manipulate votes or ratings
  • Attempting to extract or exploit the AI system
  • Uploading illegal or harmful content
  • Harassing other users or abusing the platform
  • Circumventing content rating restrictions

7. Content Rating

MusePick uses a content rating system (G / T). G-rated content is available to all users. T-rated content (15+) requires age confirmation. We strive to maintain appropriate content standards but cannot guarantee perfect filtering.

8. Intellectual Property

AI-generated images and character data are created by MusePick's systems. Users do not own the underlying AI models or generation prompts. Collected cards and premium images grant a personal, non-transferable license to view within the service.

9. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. During the beta period, features and balances may change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

MusePick is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to AI-generated content, data loss, or service interruptions.
