Terms of Service

1. About MusePick

MusePick.ai is an AI character evolution platform operated by MusePick Labs. Users vote on AI-generated characters (muses), shape their evolution through directing, collect exclusive images, and chat with AI personas in immersive scenarios. All characters, images, and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MusePick. Users under 15 may not access T-rated content. By using the service, you confirm that you meet the age requirement for your region.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may sign in using third-party OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, Kakao, Discord). We are not responsible for issues with third-party authentication services. You may not share your account or create multiple accounts.

4. Muse Points (MP)

MP is a virtual point system within MusePick. During the beta period, all features are free and MP is earned through activity. MP has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to adjust MP balances and the point system at any time.

5. AI-Generated Content

• All muse characters are 100% fictional AI-generated entities
• Character names are randomly generated and do not represent real people
• Any resemblance to real individuals, living or deceased, is entirely coincidental
• Chat responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, fictional, or inappropriate
• Character images are AI-generated and do not depict real people
• MusePick Labs is not responsible for the content of AI-generated responses
• Do not treat AI characters as real people or rely on their advice
• By using MusePick, you acknowledge that you are interacting with AI-generated content and not with real human beings

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using bots or automated tools to manipulate votes or ratings
• Attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or exploit the AI system
• Uploading or generating illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Harassing other users or abusing the platform
• Circumventing content rating restrictions or age verification
• Impersonating other users or MusePick Labs staff
• Using the service to generate content that violates third-party rights

7. Content Rating

MusePick uses a content rating system (G / T). G-rated content is available to all users aged 13+. T-rated content (15+) requires age confirmation. We strive to maintain appropriate content standards but cannot guarantee perfect filtering. Users are responsible for selecting an appropriate content rating.

8. Intellectual Property

AI-generated images and character data are created by MusePick Labs' systems. Users do not own the underlying AI models, generation prompts, or character personas. Collected cards and premium images grant a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to view within the service. You may share screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Account Termination

MusePick Labs may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@musepick.ai. Upon termination, your MP balance, collected cards, and chat history will be permanently deleted.

10. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. During the beta period, features and balances may change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

MusePick is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. MusePick Labs is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to AI-generated content, data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on AI character responses.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of MusePick shall be governed by the laws of South Korea. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
